Discontinued flavors I wish I could have had - 12/28/2016
There are several Mountain Dew flavors I have never had, from Red to Game Fuel Tropical. It's Christmas, and I would like to point out the 4 flavors that I really want to try, but I never had the chance to.
Distortion
My local gas stations and convenience stores never sold this during DEWmocracy 2. I checked everywhere near by me and I never found it, I only could find Typhoon and White Out. On e-bay someone was selling it and I tried to buy it, but then the seller ended the item. At least the same person was selling Dark Berry, but I already had it back in 2012. I bought that instead. It was a lime flavored Dew, and it was sad when it was discontinued in bottles and cans. However in 2013 they sold it in Taco Bell as a freeze flavor, and that's when I had it. I loved it, and I hope they bring it back along with other discontinued flavors in the future.

Supernova
This flavor I also never saw when it was released with Pitch Black in 2011. Originally released in 2008 in DEWmocracy 1, it is a strawberry-melon flavored Dew, with ginseng. I never saw it anywhere in my area, I even had to travel a little bit just to find Pitch Black. I remember my cousin drinking a bottle he brought back from North Carolina, and he drank it behind my back, without letting me try it. The next day I saw the bottle in the trash, sadly I never kept it. Since 2011 it has never been released, and is still discontinued.

Game Fuel Tropical
I've heard from friends that this flavor is good. It's no surprise I never had this flavor, it's because it was in only one location in my town. At that time I hated to buy 12 packs, because they were expensive at that store, so I only bought bottles. That store only had this flavor in cans, so I just passed on buying it, and I thought I wouldn't like it anyway. I don't even know what flavor it is, maybe just tropical, I don't know.

Arctic Burst (Freeze)/Kryptonite Ice (Freeze)
In 2006, Mountain Dew released 2 freeze flavors to help promote the movie Superman Returns, they were Arctic Burst and Kryptonite Ice. The flavor was released to 7-Eleven convenience stores across America. Later that year they were both discontinued. Arctic Burst is a Blueberry flavored Dew, and Kryptonite Ice is a Mango-Citrus flavor. I really wanted to try these is because they look really interesting, and a straight up Blueberry flavor is cool. The Mango-Citrus flavor sounds really good, maybe like Game Fuel Mango Heat.

Thank you everyone for reading this, and more posts are on the way, like the Game Fuel History and me talking about Mountain Dew in 2017 in the News section.
